At CAJ Artworks, each product is custom printed and made just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error with your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at infos@cajartworks.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the affected item at no cost.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products with verified defects or fulfillment errors. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Order Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors. If it still cannot be located, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
